Scope before a commitment
Financial Leadership engagements begin at $8,500/month for controller and CFO support. Your fixed monthly fee is confirmed in the proposal based on the agreed responsibilities, complexity, and level of support. The target monthly close is the 8th business day, assuming complete information and required approvals by the 3rd business day. Projects and operational add-ons are quoted separately.

Is this a full-time hire?
