See the timing behind your cash balance

A cash balance tells you where you are today. A forecast helps you see the receipts, payments, and assumptions that change that position. ScaleRedi builds rolling 13-week cash forecasts around your actual operations.

  • Expected customer collections and other receipts
  • Payroll, vendor payments, and recurring operating costs
  • One-time expenses and expected funding receipts
  • Minimum cash reserve and weekly closing cash
  • Scenario reviews as timing and assumptions change

Forecasting and reporting work together

Cash flow planning is included within the Growth tier’s agreed scope, along with annual budgeting, forecasting, and board or investor reporting. The typical monthly fee for Growth is $4,950–$8,400. Your fixed monthly fee is confirmed in the proposal based on the agreed scope and complexity.

Common questions

How does a 13-week forecast differ from the runway calculator?

The weekly forecast uses the timing of expected receipts and payments. The calculator uses monthly net burn and one-time events for a directional scenario.

Does the template upload my financial information?

No. The Excel file is a direct download. You enter your assumptions in the workbook; the website does not receive those entries.

How often should the forecast be updated?

A rolling forecast is commonly reviewed weekly. Your engagement defines the cadence, owners, and assumptions to refresh.
